A: Ensure that you are using filtered water and the correct serving size for your chosen tea, and make sure to steep the tea to your desired strength. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team for guidance!

A: Simply enter your promo code in the designated box labeled “discount code” at checkout (note, this is the page AFTER your cart!). If the code is valid and applicable to the items in your cart, the discount will be automatically applied to your total.
